AOE COMMUNITY SUPPORT GROUP

Our  community group provides a space for people working towards a positive relationship with food to come together and share their experiences. Rejecting diet mentality is a brave step and can often feel lonely when the culture that surrounds you is so weight focused!  Find your weight-neutral, body-inclusive, joyful-eating tribe here!

Cost is $30 per group or you can use your BCBS insurance.
