GROUP LEADERS

The Art of Intentional Eating program is co-led by a psychotherapist and dietitian, who both bring extensive knowledge about the treatment of binge and emotional eating to the group experience. The unique co-led format allows the group to incorporate practical, skills-based learning as well as nutritional education. Our goal is to treat the whole body and mind by addressing client's relationship with food from both nutritional and emotional perspectives.
